    good things DO come to those who wait. I discovered Aberdeen about a year ago, and promptly fell in love with tunes like Byron, Summer Sunny summer, and Fireworks. Sadly, I realized that those tunes were a couple of years old, and the band had split without even issuing a proper CD.

    Well, they are back! Homesick and Happy To Be here was released on June 4. I must admit I'm still a little partial to the old singles, but the new CD is really nice as well.

    Beth, apparently is also doing a stint with the Trembling Blue Stars right now.

    In the same vein as Ivy, Club 8 & The Sundays. Light and easy to listen to. Great on a summer day.
